@Former-Member That's so disappointing! It must have been so disheartening to say the least. I know it wouldnt have been easy and then to get that reaction! I'm sorry.

@MJG017 it definitely wasn't easy and just makes it all that much harder to even try to get help.

@Former-Member I know. But remember there are the ones like the first nurse. There are people who do care, so dont stop trying altogether.

@MJG017 i just can't take being hurt anymore. I'm going to try and force myself to sleep before I act on my urges.

@MJG017 well that failed. I rolled over to try to get comfortable and got massive cramp like pain in both sides of my neck and it's radiating down my spine. I've tried stretching to see if I can ease it and I'm trying to breathe through it but I don't know what's caused this. It's not something I've ever experienced before.

@Former-Member I wasn't sure if wishing you a Merry Christmas was appropriate but I figured even if your day isn't exactly merry you definitely deserve one! So Merry Christmas to you! I'm thinking of you today and wishing you the best. It's hot here in Adelaide today so I hope it's more comfortable where you are.

I'm sorry about the neck pain... it never rains, it pours 😥 I wonder if it's a combo of no sleep and stress. I hope it's better this morning as it really is the last thing you need piled on top of everything else.

Oh, I also thought last night that you may want to keep on eye on the forum today. Quite a few people will be alone today and there will probably be a discussion or two going. I just thought you may like a bit of company today and some friendly chat with other people it a similar situation today.
