Life and trauma

@Till23 i can only do small amounts of the diamond art at a time. It's just a bit too much for me sometimes.

I've tried doing physical things, going out and watering my gardens, going for a walk etc. But unfortunately once I'm in that state trying to get out of it is a real challenge.

It was relatively pain free I suppose. My meal was quite nice and I didn't have to pay for it. Turned out to be a very rough night for unrelated reasons but you know how it goes... The universe loves to kick us when we're down. Or up. Or just getting by. Or it just didn't like the way it thought we were looking at it.

@MJG017 I'm glad it was relatively ok. What did you have to eat?

The universe definitely likes to take advantage of us when we least need it to. Anything you want to chat about?

I had fish Tacos. It was at the Lakes, down at West Lakes.

Thanks for asking, but it's just me venturing too far out of my lane I guess. If only it was always ourselves that paid the price for it.

No, no plans tomorrow. Looks like some heat for most of the week. The heat just really takes a lot out of me physically these days, so I'll just be doing my best to stay cool and taking it easy

@MJG017 the heat is horrible and I'm over it. I just want some lovely rain and a cool breeze. I hope you can stay cool and have a relaxing day.

Today has been an emotional day. Feel like I'm hanging by a thread, but it's starting to fray.

I did get some news today it's sort of positive but it doesn't have any impact on what's happening now. It's more that it will potentially help a situation that starts next year. So whilst I was a bit happy to read it, it's still something that may never happen.
