@Jynx I'm struggling to get a deep breath in. I'm not even sure what to try right now. In a really heightened state and it's all just so overwhelming.

You could try this if you're struggling to get a deep breath in... put a hand on your stomach and try to breathe into that instead of your chest as normal.
