Re: Life and trauma

@Jynx don't know why they have to be so expensive honestly 😂. You should definitely do it.

I'm really not sure but maybe I'm just a dodo bird 😂.

@Jynx maximum stress and major distraction needed. Never a dull moment here.

@MJG017 turned into a bit of a major emergency, I'm holding myself together (barely). Oh no, not the kitchen fire. I've never done that thankfully 😂.

@Former-Member you got this!!

Ooh did you see the video above? Cracks me up, and the guy did a whole bunch of them, if you're able to focus on a video atm that is!!

Re: Life and trauma

@Jynx I'll have a look soon. Trying to calm myself down enough to focus right now. Head is going a million miles an hour and heart isn't much better. Must remember to breathe.

Re: Life and trauma

@Former-Member yessss breath is such a powerful weapon against dysregulation! I got post it notes up around my house with '3 deep breaths' and stuff.... I often forget to take a moment to ground myself!

Grounding helpful too? Like sensory focus? Could do some together if you like
