I understand.
I have been there.
All I can tell you is that things have really improved for me. It took many years and it was not an easy journey. I just want to let you know that there is hope!

Re: Life and trauma
@Oaktree i don't hold my breath and right now there's not even a tiny part of me that can believe it. But I'm glad things have improved for you.

Yes when you are in the darkness it’s hard to believe that there is light anywhere.

@tyme thankyou. There's a very fine line at the moment between knowing what i should and need to do and knowing what i want to do.

Please try not to worry about how you're making anyone else feel. Just focus only on yourself right now and trying to get through. I know it all seems empty right now but just because you cant see something, it doesn't mean its not there. Its so incrediby difficult for you right now, that is clear. Just keep prioritising yourself at the.moment and using every bit of strength you have to keep yourself safe. Everything else can wait!
Likewise with any of the crisis lines. If you thing it will help you to chat to them, then call them, this is exactly what they are there for. Obviously getting through is a challenge but if it is going to help you, use it if you can. Try not to listen to those doubts giving you reasons not to. We all just want to do what we can to help you through this.

@MJG017 it's just all too much right now, I was already struggling and now even more so cos of the phone call the other night. I'm still in that constant state of panic and for some reason I can't shake it. I've been trying to use the chat lines when I've needed to but I'm honestly getting pushed away by the majority of people I've tried to talk to. I get it I'm annoying and I bother everyone but I'm just trying to get through and trying to stay alive.

If anyone on those services is pushing you away then they're not doing their job! You're right in that your safety is the priority right now and would would hope that was clear to anyone that you reach out to.
Is the panic over that phone call about just talking on the phone (i know you said you don't like that) or the fact they were checking up on you?
