FebFast - can we get a group together here?

FebFast - can we get a group together here?

Hello All,

I think we've all heard it before and I'm sure a lot of you stay away from the booze, well I don't and I have been encouraged to stop for a month.

So how about for anyone interested we do a FebFast group here (not registering on the site), just something where we can support eachother. I need to get off the grog and I'm sure together it's more fun.

@NikNik or any other moderator, did you mention that anywhere yet?

Hi @NikNik Shaz51 @Former-Member @Zoe7 and all,

My FebFast has been easy in the last week, being in hospital doesn't give me much chance for a drink 🍹. But also drastically reduced one of my prn meds - so did that instead 🙂
