@Cleo2 , not that simple to just use someone else's platform. The funding to provide these services by SANE means we can't just use someone else's. I don't know the technicalities, but it's probably not worth the effort to look into it. The effort is better spent working on our own.

The developer/implementation officer for some of the chats that other MH services are using is working at SANE 🙂 So yes, we will have something up soon.

@tyme I loved the chats, they helped so much as a person who overthinks and has trouble getting it together to post. Especially loved the structure of Peer group chat.

I don't think you can really replace that on the forums unless there is group called instant coffee,(perish the thought😉), that was only for instant replies. Would probably be a bit hard to manage

So many articles on the bast private chat servers out there but it must be difficult with your criteria for safety, good luck and look forward to the chats being back😊

@tyme The general chats won’t impact me as I no longer try to be part of them. Find them too much, too busy and can’t keep up with them. Too many different conversations for my head to try to deal with.

will be a pity if PGC on Thursdays has to stop. Understand a short break whilst sourcing another program plus different topics to cover etc.

That's something I've noticed @Former-Member . Both chats serve a different purpose and support totally different groups of people. There are a handful of members who connect to both, but really, members join one or the other. Hence we don't want to do away with either.

@tyme Id say maybe just a forum discussion on the night for now, but as its getting close to the end of the year maybe you'd like some Sunday nights off.

Or, what we can do is maybe open a thread like Who's Up for a Random Chat? on Sunday's?

@tyme As a suggestion for something new. How about those virtual meeting rooms where we can be characters. Then we can actually have the sane Bakery 🙂
