hello everyone 😎

Was not sure where to write this

so, I have started a new thread

thank you @Oaktree , @Ru-bee for thinking of me today 😍

my results from the doctor was not really good

  • my Kidney function have decreased to 17%
  • my Liver and diabetes levels are up
  • I have Osteoporosis which i will need medication as my bone density has decreased because of the kidney disease
  • they believe that the Liver function is up because of the kidney disease
  • Kidney disease affects every part of your body
  • scan also shows the tinny of my kidney

It's a lot to carry @Shaz51 . And it's taken quite a while and an assortment of other diagnoses before getting here. Poor man it hasn't been easy. Not easy for you either.

Maybe sensory overload in big groups too.

I'm glad you have found things to do @Shaz51 so you are not focussed on the silence.

I haven't made fish cakes for quite a while - maybe I should think about that.

It seems a little late in the evening for another coffee but you know yourself best

yes, yesterday`s family gathering set the wheels downhill, what a couple of family members said really hit him

so now he does not want to spend Christmas day with any of our families
