We had a birthday lunch for my MIL who turned 91 today

On the drive home and the rest of the afternoon hubby has not talked at all

It took me a little while to skip over this and then I spent time on the forum, had a shower, cooked fish cakes for dinner which we have plenty for tomorrow

Going to watch TV and thinking 🤔 of another coffee

I'm not sure what's worse, feeling alone or being grouched at. I got both today from a family member.

I just planted 2 geraniums from pots.

My hollyhock has single pink flowers. Hope the other one is yellow or apricot. It hasn't come up to flower yet.

On my walk today and at home I saw 3 male blackbirds. Haven't had them in the area for several years. I used to have a nest in my backyard.

@Shaz51 a tall double red geranium and a shorter single red geranium with a brown circle on each leaf (a variegation, not a disease). Next to a tall double pink geranium. I'll also put 2 or 3 succulents with them. It's under the eaves so a bit dry.
