hello everyone 😎

Was not sure where to write this

so, I have started a new thread

thank you @Oaktree , @Ru-bee for thinking of me today 😍

my results from the doctor was not really good

  • my Kidney function have decreased to 17%
  • my Liver and diabetes levels are up
  • I have Osteoporosis which i will need medication as my bone density has decreased because of the kidney disease
  • they believe that the Liver function is up because of the kidney disease
  • Kidney disease affects every part of your body
  • scan also shows the tinny of my kidney

Had a walk around the gardens today in the sun which was nice @Till23 , @Dimity , @tyme

Had lots of rain all night last night

Mr shaz's has a cough and a running nose , so it sounds like he is getting

Mine seems to be on the chest now today

Little bit zombie today @Shaz51 , but only due to no sleep flight. 😊 Hopefully tomorrow morning will feel a bit more back to normal. Only 3hr difference in timezone, so not an issue there.
