How are you doing @Till23 @Shaz51 ?

I had another reasonable day.

Made pumpkin soup, did pantry cleaning, visited a lady and got organised re singing group. Relaxing now.

Well done for today @Appleblossom

Relaxing tonight my friend 🧡

I dusted some of my teapots collection

And pit some baking soda on our carpets in the bedrooms as they smell mouldy

@Till23 , @Jynx , @Dimity , @tyme

Night times I always start getting aches and pains for my kidney disease

Re: One Day at a time here

The high humidity wouldn't help @Shaz51 .

I found baking soda is the best thing for cleaning my bench tops. And helps with smelly drains.

Aches and pains at night... poor you. I was better for quite a while, sciatica etc back a bit lately, but I know what to do when I'm able again. Getting there.

The cat gets arthritis injections every 2 months. They help a lot. You can tell the difference when they're wearing off. The vet said they've been so good for dogs there've been human trials.

Re: One Day at a time here

@Dimity , how much does it cost for cat injections?

How are you going today my friend 🧡

Hi @Appleblossom I'm just trying to recover from the flu - so haven't been productive at all. However, you have done very well again

Re: One Day at a time here

About $100 each time @Shaz51 . Sometimes more, sometimes a bit less, then there's the taxis. It's actually a lot cheaper than the other treatment on offer, which is monthly injections that block the pain but don't lubricate the arthritic joints.

Today has been a good day thanks. Had a good medical appt this morning and treated myself to some new things this afternoon from Kmart... I rarely buy anything but meds and groceries.

Gently bently with recovery from the flu @Till23 . when you are productive, I know you get a heap done. we all have our moments and ebbs and flows. With my neck issues from 40 years ago, I adopted a slow and steady style.

@Shaz51

@Dimity

Feeling very sad

With all our rearranging the house , the decluttering and everything

And one of our son's s ccoming up next week and is not staying at our place 🙃

Re: One Day at a time here

Your son might mean well and not want to hassle you both @Shaz51 .

Are you regretting some of the stuff you've decluttered? Or is it the grief and memories from going through it all? I've found it hard too. There's a lot of processing time afterwards.
