I think it is the build-up and getting everything ready is the worse part

I don't regret doing all the decluttering as it needed to be done , took us years even to start and now it is done

I'm OK thanks, worked on legal paperwork today and shopped. The pharmacist said there's a med they can't get. They'll ring around and see if anyone has it.

Yes it’s an achievement to declutter. @Shaz51 @Dimityit can be huge making the decisions of what to keep.

i mostly try not to bring much new into the house. I did some mild declutterring a few years ago. Still put off tidying my desk and room, but I am just not ready. I don’t really value too minimal a look. I see it as too much of a real estate photo look.

I am thinking of doing it next year and getting more into writing mode then, so my mind might be in the right headspace. Personally, I don’t give a toss my desk is messy.
