I've seen an exercise physiologist in the past @Shaz51 . They can give you good tips

Hello @tyme , @Dimity , @Ru-bee , @Till23 , @rav3n , @AlwaysMyself , @Cuddlebear , @Appleblossom , @Snowie @AuntGlow

Don't know what to do ??

I give my family members updates of what is happening with me and no one in my family response back or even care

I do get a text messages back from Mr shaz's 3 sisters

With all the vistors we had on the weekend no one asked how I was going

Re: One Day at a time here

This must be incredibly disheartening @Shaz51... do they know how much a reply would mean to you?

It's really nice to hear that Mr Shaz' sister's are there for you. How do they show their support? 💛

Re: One Day at a time here

That's a bit mean @Shaz51 . You've said some cousins are difficult but I would have hoped your aunties would care. Maybe they were too full of their own news.

@Shaz51 I'm so sorry you are treated that way hon. It certainly isn't right.

You give so much of yourself to other people. You deserve to be treated a lot better.

Sending lots of love and cuddles hon 💗💗🫂🫂

@AuntGlow ,

One SIL will ring regularly to catch up with us is nice

I just gets disheartened and don't want to send updates anymore

I can understand with my aunties because they are in their 80's @Dimity

Re: One Day at a time here

@Shaz51 some people talk of birth families vs chosen families... I'm glad Mr shaz's family and your SANE family support you. We might not always get it right but we love you and care about you. And appreciate your care for us.

It's kind of you to forgive your aunties. Your mum's younger sisters I guess. It's sad if they're not across what's happening for you.

Is it too late for a cuppa?
