One Day at a time here

Hi @Shaz51 sorry I wasn't on earlier. I had a big day of volunteering today.

I only had two coffees and two cups of tea in the day, which isn't enough fluid intake considering I've been on my feet all day. I am drinking some water now.

Are you on fluid restrictions with your CKD?

I hope your blood pressure settles down. I don't envy you having to consider your meals so much with your CKD and diabetes and Mr Shaz gall bladder problems.

I am very lucky I don't have any dietary restrictions - although I am very mindful of my salt intake as I have high blood preesure since I was about 20 years old.

Hopefully I'll have more of a chance to chat tomorrow. I hope you have a good night sleep.

It's been raining here on and off, sometimes pouring and it's quite cold.

There are some positives, I can't do my washing but on the other hand I don't have to water the garden. Tomorrow I can sleep in a bit as sport training will be cancelled due to rain and I can't do the washing! So there are upsides to many things

@Shaz51 maybe what you say is deemed to be the wrong thing but doesn't mean it IS... sounds like you are putting yourself out there and getting shut down 😞 that is hard.
