hello everyone 😎

Was not sure where to write this

so, I have started a new thread

thank you @Oaktree , @Ru-bee for thinking of me today 😍

my results from the doctor was not really good

  • my Kidney function have decreased to 17%
  • my Liver and diabetes levels are up
  • I have Osteoporosis which i will need medication as my bone density has decreased because of the kidney disease
  • they believe that the Liver function is up because of the kidney disease
  • Kidney disease affects every part of your body
  • scan also shows the tinny of my kidney

Bit tired @Shaz51 after spending all morning at the bank. Lot of tidying to do now before home help comes tomorrow.

Oh yes, you'd need to get extra creative in the kitchen to work with those restrictions @Shaz51!

I almost want a third coffee today but I know it'll keep me up if I have one now 😪 Maybe I'll have a tea instead

Oh wow! 2 is my limit now @Shaz51 otherwise my stomach gets upset and I become a jittery ball of anxious energy. Although the 2 coffees I do drink are quite generously sized
