Now waiting to feel tired to go to bed

Just dropping by here really quickly after seeing how much of struggle today has been for you 😞

It's understandable to find it hard to settle down after spending the whole day supporting your loved one. Caring for someone else while also trying to regulate ourselves can be such an overwhelming experience.

Your community is here with you though 🏵 You don't have to carry this all on your own!

If the chats on the forums isn't enough, it's always okay to give one of the mental helplines a call for extra support. Sitting in this space can be isolating, inviting someone in can sometimes bring a little bit of light (and in turn maybe some rest!), no matter how small 💡

Thank you 😊 yes it was a very big day

Lots of tears here and there

So many people who works at our little hospital knows me and were saying hello to me while we were there

My husband did not want to go to the hospital in the city

Finally fell asleep at home at 11pm after feeling so sick in the stomach

but 2am and

Husband is awake , I am awake having a cuppa

Feeling very tired

4am here now , still up

Was a good morning this morning

But a bad afternoon, he rang lifeline and other places

Might need to make a doctors appointment

Thinking he might have bipolar 2

Need to do something, more than GAD , MDD
