Good luck @Shaz51 . You mentioned new antidepressants. I wonder if that's what's thrown him.

@Shaz51 i went to see my GP, told him i was in crises and needed help badly, apart of 10 tablet against nausea three a day, so three days worth, and one repeat of thatt, he spend all of 5 minutes and had me out. i spnd 2 two days and hours searching and connecting symptoms. He did order one blood test as well but 'the vampires' were closed already. for i had a late afternoon appointment which means i have to go back tomorrow. 25 minutes drive just to Town.

Annoying. i also asked for a referral for a psych to help me with my meds, telling him the tow registered in Perth have stopped practising or taking new patients. Looks like one massive big waste of time.

Been fighting suicidal ideation all day, had to bring all of that back to my truth instead of my hurt in lies. i hate that. Gets so loud and demanding those dark moments.....

Mr shaz has stopped his meds and has not sleeping well at night now

I am very tired and aching

Had cuddles of my new grandson today who had a nice big sleep on me while his mum was able to have a rest

Hmm back to square one @Shaz51 and not sleeping. Hope the gp can help.

My great nephew goes home tomorrow. I've seen photos but not met him yet.

having a quiet day at home today

raining here all night and all day, very heavy

saw my diabetes specialist this week and is happy so have to see him in 6 months time

doctor for mr shaz , got new meds and today he seems a bit more relaxed so fingers crossed

I think it is a build up of everything that goes toward his break down , so I think it will happen again down the track but just to go day by day, step by step
