More insulin might get the numbers down further I guess.

I'm supposed to work on my weight and cholesterol.

I am glad to hear mr shaz is a bit more relaxed today. Yeah I hear you that it’s likely going to happen again hopefully in time, be able to stop the complete dips and even though rough just a bit steadier than the really big lows, is this what you mean? Sorry if I got it wrong 😌.

Hi @Chasingsunsets I'm on the bus on the way home from errands. I guess it's good to have been out.

@Shaz51 it's hard waiting for the next cycle, I know with my family member to take things one day at a time. I worry about them but can't do much.

It's hard to say, but I hope you've thought about how you'd cope if he goes off again... eg does your town have bus or uber or taxi...

I wish my family member made contingency plans they'd share, they've had emergencies so often
