One Day at a time here

thank you @Oaktree , @Ru-bee for thinking of me today 😍

my results from the doctor was not really good

  • my Kidney function have decreased to 17%
  • my Liver and diabetes levels are up
  • I have Osteoporosis which i will need medication as my bone density has decreased because of the kidney disease
  • they believe that the Liver function is up because of the kidney disease
  • Kidney disease affects every part of your body
  • scan also shows the tinny of my kidney

Re: One Day at a time here

The doctor gave me some exercises but unable to do them yet @Chasingsunsets as it hurts to get to standing up position

hydrotherapy is supposed to be good as there is no strain on the body as the water takes it all

Are you OK my friend 🧡, read somewhere you were not feeling great, I am here for you if you want to chat

Re: One Day at a time here

I see @Shaz51, I really hope it starts to improve soon and you can start the exercises.
what was for dinner tonight? I am having a pretty late dinner tonight cannot get myself organised 😜- also slept half the day which doesn’t help when you only have a certain amount of hours in your day lol. Look I could be better but I also could be worse so just putting one foot in front of the other for now, thanks for checking in, I appreciate it 🫶

Yes one step at a time my awesome friend 🧡 @Chasingsunsets

We had roast chicken legs and roast vegetables for dinner tonight

Husband has not eaten much over the last few days but he ate tonight

So today I had to clear some things out of the fridge to go in the bin

Thanks @Shaz51 I appreciate your support as always 🙏

I feel like a mouse on that wheel toy that pet mice have lol. Sometimes just taken the whole way around the wheel when you stop moving 😂

A roast sounds yummy!! I had plans for roast veg but it got too late again so just ended up heating up some frozen veg so I’m not eating at midnight 😂 haha. I’m glad your husband is eating again. Sounds rough for you though when he is going though a tough time, does it happen often my friend?

It must be nice to see hubby feeling a bit lighter today! Is he communicating a bit more too? @Shaz51

I can see you had a really wholesome self-care day too, I love this! A roast sounds perfect for tonight.

What are you up to tomorrow? 🥰

over the past 18 years , he has ended up in hospital 3 times from this

so staying at home going through it is what he wants now

so hopefully it decreases over time
