hello everyone 😎

Was not sure where to write this

so, I have started a new thread

thank you @Oaktree , @Ru-bee for thinking of me today 😍

my results from the doctor was not really good

  • my Kidney function have decreased to 17%
  • my Liver and diabetes levels are up
  • I have Osteoporosis which i will need medication as my bone density has decreased because of the kidney disease
  • they believe that the Liver function is up because of the kidney disease
  • Kidney disease affects every part of your body
  • scan also shows the tinny of my kidney

Husband says he is coming out of his depression today ( very slowly)

No watching TV for days because of the noise

No interaction with family members and no talking about certain family members

I did go for a walk this morning to the chemist and back , had the small markets in town , everyone saying hello

I went outside in the garden a few times and ended up with a armful of weeds

Just before lunch hubby dug some roots out of the ground near the fence line and went to bed for the afternoon

My back was sore then so rested for the afternoon

Cooked roast chicken legs and roast vegetables for dinner tonight

Nothing on next week which is very unusual @Chasingsunsets

I thought a walk may help with the back but by the time I got home I was walking sideways

But the doctor say I just pulled something-- yea it has been a week already

Maybe it is my Osteoporosis and kidney disease 🤔

It was sunny and warm today

Oh geez walking sideways is no good @Shaz51, least you gave it a crack re to loosen your back up.
I wonder if a physio or something would be the go? I have a really big interest in hydrotherapy but I have actually never done it myself and float therapy sounds cool but also never done that either and haven’t read too much about it.

sounds like lovely weather, I’m waiting for it to feel cooler here haha
