hello everyone 😎

Was not sure where to write this

so, I have started a new thread

thank you @Oaktree , @Ru-bee for thinking of me today 😍

my results from the doctor was not really good

  • my Kidney function have decreased to 17%
  • my Liver and diabetes levels are up
  • I have Osteoporosis which i will need medication as my bone density has decreased because of the kidney disease
  • they believe that the Liver function is up because of the kidney disease
  • Kidney disease affects every part of your body
  • scan also shows the tinny of my kidney

doctor said I must of pulled something but I am starting to think it is my osteoporosis which is in my back, hip ,pelvis ect and with kidney disease does not help

Glad to hear Mr shaz has turned the corner @Shaz51 . I wish you had a physio to help with muscle and joint pain. It's awful when your back spasms.

We had a high of 15 here @Shaz51! Cold, wet and windy.

Have shut of all the cooling vents and am using my heater now!

in the lower parts of queensland , brisbane are cooler but no snow

yes physio would be good @Dimity , doctor gave me some back exercises which i will try

@Shaz51 yay, good to hear him engaging in hobbies and stuff!

oh ouch, spasms are no fun at all, must make it so difficult to move about - or want to move about. I hope Mr Shaz is able to support you by fetching things and doing some extra stuff like cooking etc.

Roast again tonight or something different? 😋

I did my back exercises today @Shaz51 but I've been forgetting. Lots of aches today, I think it's a virus (snuffly too). The RAT for Covid was negative.

Will put on some pasta and veg to stir with leftover fish.
