hello everyone 😎

Was not sure where to write this

so, I have started a new thread

thank you @Oaktree , @Ru-bee for thinking of me today 😍

my results from the doctor was not really good

  • my Kidney function have decreased to 17%
  • my Liver and diabetes levels are up
  • I have Osteoporosis which i will need medication as my bone density has decreased because of the kidney disease
  • they believe that the Liver function is up because of the kidney disease
  • Kidney disease affects every part of your body
  • scan also shows the tinny of my kidney

Actually I was thinking of you the other day, I was watching an animal show and it completely blew my mind! Overseas in the bromeliad plants there are crabs 🦀 that live in them! Crazy right? I knew frogs did, did not guess crabs. I’ll try find a pic for another post to you later 🫶

I started the Thursday coffee and chat tonight

just company here on the forum from my friends xx

we have had a easy dinner

and listening to music

he gave me a few smiles tonight which is great

I'm sorry to hear how rough things are with Mr Shaz. It's hard when we feel like we're walking on eggshells, and feeling like it's easier to just not say anything at all. Even if Mr Shaz isn't keen on getting some counselling, maybe you could get some support just for yourself? 💜
