husband has he is depressed

he made some afternoon tea but has gone outside to have it

not sure to go out there to and be rejected

so sitting inside with the cuppa and trying to watch tipping point and feeling bad

I opened my pack of autumn crocuses today and the poor things had tried to flower. I'll plant them after the rain stops.

Oh, I'm so sorry to hear this @Shaz51, that sounds really vulnerable for you... it sounds like you're really wanting to be there with him and for him, but connecting is hard right now. Is that correct?

I wonder if you could explore asking him what might help him to feel supported today? And maybe you could share what you're needing too? 💛
