oh yep, having so many things weighing on your mind at once is definitely tiring @creative_writer i can see how that makes studying even harder. do ever get those moments of hyperfocus where you're just so in the zone?

@creative_writer ahh so i'm guessing that being drawn to the depressing music is probably making it harder to get out of those heavy thoughts/feelings?
and the psych appointment too must've been a lot today, please do go easy on yourself tonight! i know how raw it can feel after those sessions, don't forget to get some extra self-care in.
not sure if i've asked you this before but what are your thoughts on white noise/ green noise, etc.?

aw hun @creative_writer sending you lots of healing energy 💙
i can hear how painful this is for you, and it seems like your grieving 'what’s been taken' from you. the thing about grief is that the pain is there but it lessens over time. it gets less heavy over time and easier to carry over time.
suppressing those feelings will only delay when it gets processed so it's okay if you want to shout, cry or scribble out how angry and hurt you are by this. whatever helps you process. perhaps taking some time to pray or do some sort of mindfulness activity would help with those raw feelings too?
also not sure if it was a white noise but the thing i tried was Solfeggio Frequencies (852 hertz i think) - basically it's a frequency that's supposed to calm your mind, i think it varies person to person - for me, it helped focus my distracted thoughts but i've only tried it once.
