THANK YOU! Community Spirit on SANE Forums - World Mental Health Day

As you may all know, it is Mental Health Awareness Month.

Today, Thursday 10th October 2024, is World Mental Health Day.

Thank you to everyone who joined us today to recognise this day and showcase the impact SANE Services, especially the forums, have had on their recovery.

It brings me, and the team, immense joy to see SANE's Forum Community come together as 2024 marks the 10 year anniversary of SANE as a digital mental health service.

Such a wonderful opportunity to share with others just how important the forums are to so many @tyme and the amazing support each other gives as peers. SANE is doing some ground breaking work in terms of peer support and digital support both on the forums and outside of them - great for SANE to have this opportunity to share some of these things and for others to see first hand just how important these initiatives are in providing ongoing support and connection and positive impact that can have on recovery.

Arrived here mid March 2016. My ship rolled, and rolled again, since then. Sane has seen me through it all - amazing community, amazing members, amazing staff. It restores faith in others after experiencing incredible hardships and struggles. We are not alone, and that is probably the biggest message, the biggest example of SANE forums. We’re all in this messy life together, makin’ it work ❣️
