Hey @TinTin1 just a lil tip, if you want other members to be notified that you've responded, you can tag them - use the @ symbol and a drop down will appear, and you can choose their name. If their name isn't there, you can type it out and it should then appear for you to select, then it will show up in blue, like this: @Nj03
😉💜

Hi @Nj03. I'm so sorry about your grandson. It breaks my heart to even think about. My heart goes out to you and your family. I can't really add anything extra to what has already been said but just wanted to add my sincere condolences.
I know it seems impossible right now but you will survive this, you are all going to need each other to get though this. There is also support out there available that may help. As @tyme suggested, Griefline or the the hospital should be able to give you some help or point you in the right direction. Use whatever resources you can.
Again, I'm so sorry... it all seems so cruel. I'm thinking of you and your family and sending you all hugs.

Thanks for the message. I’m actually really struggling. Blaming myself and having lots of guilt

Hey @Nj03 ,
I hear how much you are all hurting right now. Yet will blaming yourself allow you to be in the right space to support the parents?
Is there something you could have done differently?
These are only questions to consider. There is no need to respond online.
Grief looks different for different people. I hope you find the space to show yourself some compassion and allow yourself to heal.
Hugs @Nj03 We are here for you.

hey @Nj03 i'm really sorry to hear you've been having a tough time. i can't imagine how difficult it must be to deal with grief and loss of your grand child and now also finish up with your therapist. did you find your therapist helpful? are you afraid you won't find a therapist like that again?
please know that there's other forms of supports like the others have mentioned like Griefline, who can help walk you through and process that grief - you deserve to feel seen and heard. sitting with you 💗
