I have so much going though my head that I can't concentrate on anything 😔

I. Have 5 grandchildren that I can't see because their father told lie to their parents .

It's not fair on the children or on their love ones like grandparents. I understand where your coming from . It's very difficult

What are you doing today?

I put out eggs and mushroom on the bench for dinner.

I have online psychologist soon.

Are you able to give yourself a moment to sit and take some nice deep breaths @Leeanne1 It sounds like all those thoughts are overwhelming at the moment

I'm crocheting some bees and clownfish plus doing homework.

I'm having fish and veggies

Oh lovely @Leeanne1 do you find crocheting soothing? I like to knit and I find it really calming (except for when I make mistakes)
