I wish I knew. Nothing has really triggered me off or anything. I've been sleeping most of the day in fact. Not wanting to be around other people. Just when I thought I was starting be sort of ok. I see the GP in the morning for my fortnighly injection, so I'll guess I'll mention it to her.

I find being on my laptop and just surfing the net my biggest distraction. My gf is watching cricket (I think it's boring). In the last few days I've tried to read, but am afraid I'm losing the battle there because I have to read the same page numerous times before it makes sense.

I went out to a birthday party today but didn't enjoy it at all and found the whole charade very exhausting. People commented that I didn't seem like myself, what is it that I am like? I don't know.
I just want to give up. I feel so invisible (but I want it that way).
I am rejected by my own family. A black sheep. I am crying hard. My heart is broken.

Parties can be such an isolating and exhausting place when we are feeling down.. I definitely know the feeling. I'm so sorry to hear it was a challenging night for you.

Thank you for thinking of me @Former-Member. I have my gf and her mum with me (I live with them) so I am safe. I told my gf last night how I feel and she took away what I told her I had planned to do, so yeah I am about as safe as possible.

Thank you @Shimmer and @BlueBay for thinking of me.
My gf has decided I am not allowed to mope around the house, so she is making sure I am doing an activity away from the house every single day. I feel exhausted already and it is only the start of the week! She has good intentions I guess.
