Looking to nature for wellbeing

Looking to nature for wellbeing

Being outside and enjoying green spaces and fresh air feels good and can improve our mental health .I certainly feel better after a nature walk but it's hard to get there.

Maybe we need a virtual space to share information and experiences

Here's a start :

They do and they don't... They're skittish, since they were both born to a stray that used to live under my house. So when anyone comes walking up towards the house, they will scamper! But if they're already inside it's different, they don't come running to greet me per se but they always want to have a good sniff of my fingers that's for sure!! And when I settle, Trixie usually comes over for some cuddles, and Razz the weirdo will probably go and sniff/rub against my shoes 😂
