Yeah @Matt12. The reason you have survived 100% of days so far is down to you. So great job with that.
It might be worth trying the psychiatrist if they've been recommended. if you don't think they're good you don't have to see them again. I have just started with my 4th psychiatrist and feel good about this one. I think she'll help.

Hi @Matt12 I get told in a survivor / resilient as well and it drives me a bit mad. Hope that the person that has been recommended jeeps and is someone that you feel you can be really open with.
