At 57 iv always hated that type of stuff but I do today. It's helped with my panic attacks hugely .....

Yeah I have an appointment with housing SA today.

I saw my doctor on Friday but that appointment didn't go as planned as he spent the time typing up a support letter for me while I sat in silence. I've spoken to him about the panic attacks but medications are hit and miss and with what happened last time we tried a medication it's just not worth the risk right now. So it's a matter of me trying my best to manage them.

Incredible. I used to think my artwork was just terrible. But I think this is what I felt about myself.

Your work is beautiful. I am probably going to sound like your mother but all this computer stuff is far beyond me. I have no idea how to use a computer to do this stuff.

Saturday night, I'm enjoying some relaxing jazz music after listening to my husband have a rant all day. Exhausting but I feel so much stronger now where I just walk away and know it is nothing to do with me but his inability to self regulate. I filled my cup but seeing friends and talking the doggy for a walk.

i haven't checked out the newer Simpsons episodes, sucks that they're not as funny as before... i guess the writers must've changed! @Healandlove ooo jazz music sounds lovely, my friend and i were just talking about wanting to visit a jazz club to see what the vibes are like. recently listened to some jazz house music which was better than i expected! do you have a particular jazz song/style you prefer?

Finding unexpected enjoyment in new styles is a sign of an open mind. Isn't it different music for different moods ? Or whatever - I used to date this absolute silly billy who would drag me around Perth listening to jazz and hede cry a lot .......those were the days ......
