my day's been busy, had some appointments and i'm getting ready for my trip tomorrow! only half-packed... 😅

I’m definitely excited as getting my greasy hair cut.

i spend days and days looking at what my hair to look like then i get to the hairdresser and i say,

I think @PeppyPatti you raise a good point about this person's seeming lack of support - they are very troubled by the sounds of it, and I reckon it's possible their defensiveness means they feel the need to paint you as the bad guy to try to absolve their own feelings of guilt.

I've had multiple people tell me to let it go and frankly, it's exhausting.

I'm kind of over people telling me to let it go.

I need to feel my emotions, to express them in safety otherwise they have physical consequences for me.

It's not about just letting go of the kite string, it's about letting me feel it and then gradually feel it less and less.

Yesterday was the first time I saw her since September last year when it happened and so these emotions are very very raw and it's important I acknowledge my emotions, I seek guidance

I did so much this morning @rav3n . I had a shower, did my dishes, washed and folded washing, made food but couldn't eat it then did some colouring.
