@avant-garde just read about your friend, i can hear how exhausting that is! can also relate to having a friend who deserved to be called out for her actions. unfortunately for me... the convo ran in circles cos she never ended up taking accountability. i really hope it's different for you.

do take you time with it, and if you're feeling overwhelmed, maybe take a break from it and come back to the letter whenever you're feeling re-energised... these sorta things tend to drain us out so quick!

also not sure if this helps but this was a quote that i read 'where you get pain from isn't where you can get relief from'. just to be clear- i'm all for you telling your friend that their action has caused pain. in the case they don't get it, i hope this quote reminds you that you're strong and you can heal this without them too. at least you would've said you're peace and stood up for yourself, and that itself is huge.
