Wholefoods

Hi guys,

I just got off the Sunday night chat thing. It made me think gee I need to eat better. What do you guys know about whole foods? I think if I cook more from scratch then I can control the ingredients more?

They sound yummy @Glisten

Only thing I can eat is the pumpkin and has to be Kent pumpkin only

I eat fairly simple main meals.

vegies are white potato, parsnip (sometimes), Kent pumpkin, carrots, cauliflower, broccoli.

chops, meat patties, sausages, hame and cheese kievs. Oyster bl@de or sizzle steak sometimes

desert is gluten free cake or slice

Meat gets cooked in air fryer. Vegies in microwave. Occasionally do roast vegies in air fryer.

Hi @Oaktree

What I noticed going on Wholefoods was a big change in my mood and digestion. A lot of my burping and heartburn stopped, which is a good thing. I also found out that sometimes healthy foods don't taste so nice, that's the trade I guess.

A lot of takeaways, saturated oil and fat, processed foods started to me sick! I had to back off a bit lol

Eating a lot of fruits and greens now, and protein, feel much better 🙂
