it is strange but she used to say to me that the only thing you get from looking back is a sore neck. It was her thing, she used to tell me all the time. I believed her but now all I can do is look back at our time together 🥲

I wonder if it's not just about looking back but dwelling on the past and getting stuck there.

We use our past to inform our future. But it doesn't mean you have to stay in the past.

that is the thing that freaks me out. At the time it was the present. Now it is the past and I just look back missing her. She isn’t looking back and probably doesn’t care about me at all. Now I am looking back at the past that was the present at the time and now is gone.

I'm hearing you. It sounds so painful @Rockdog . Yet, as you've mentioned, we all know that you have things to work on.

Hope is what keeps us going. It keeps us fighting for what we want and believe in.

yeah I do have a lot to work on. With the help of the Sane family I think I can do it.

There are a lot of positive things happening. I am having a bit of a sad night though because I am just missing her 🥲

I am trying to work on improving, but do worry that I won’t get to see her again and that she will forget me. I just hope that destiny works out.
