through feeling the pain and not denying it inside you you will find strength

You have had to operate from your mind and determination and focus for the year ...

Re: too hard

Please don't apologise @Former-Member for leaving. I've come close a few times. It's time to find a way to heal your broken heart. I think it will take lots of time and lots of self compassion. We are all here for you now. 💜🤗💐

Re: too hard

Not much sleep and feeling too much. Wish I could go back to not feeling. My head is constantly whirling with too many thoughts and memories.

Re: too hard

What are you doing today @Former-Member? Has it rained where you are yet. The rain smells fabulous here. I didn't sleep much either. I went down one of my rabbit holes but not too badly - need to stay here > urge to SH.

Re: too hard

I'm not sure either @Former-Member. I am on my own today which I am grateful for. I'm not in the mood much for people in my face. I might take the dog for a walk now that it's cooler. I'm sorry those feelings have come back with vengeance for you. Will you take dusty for a walk? Is he still chewing up everything?

Re: too hard

Yes @Former-Member will Dusty take him for a walk. Took him last night too. He's still a menace for anything plastic. Or kids wooden building blocks. Or rubber thongs. Or remote controls .
I'm on my own today
I have a harvest ache that's fine right through to my jawno ha ave an old prescription for antibiotics I might go see off they'll give me tem I don't want to go to the doctor. And if I get out that far I might go get coffee.
Is there a nice place to go for walk near you?

Re: too hard

Oh no 🙈 with the things he chews up still. I gave mine a squeaky toy for Christmas and he didn't stop playing with it all day. It was like giving a toddler one of those trains with all the noises. The funny thing was it annoyed the kids so much, I've got used to them having noisy toys their whole life.

A coffee out sounds good. I have a huge park across the road but I worry about snakes. I'd love to take him down the beach but he doesn't play well with other dogs. I hope you feel better soon. I can understand you not wanting to go to the doctor.

I feel a bit lost right now but hopefully I'll find some thing to stop my brain taking me on a ride.

Re: too hard

Silly phone. Ear ache...
Sorry you're feeling lost. You're found here though. I see you.
With cooler weather coming in most snakes will find somewhere as dry as they can to curl up. Slithers has gone back in his hidey. Hope your walk helps
