Morning appointment with psych was really tough. She stopped desensitization after about ten minutes because I was too distressed 
Did have a minor breakthrough - we both realised that I can relax more when listening to relaxation music without commentary or words - haven't been able to relax like that before - nearly fell asleep!
Did feel sick and had a massive headache for the rest of the day.
Saw GPin the afternoon and as usual came out more positive and with a bit of life in me - she's an absolute angel.
Hoping for you it is nothing serious. Easy for me to say don't stress until you find out - know that is difficult, know I would think the worst even if my head said there was nothing to worry about. xxx
