It's really warm here - still about 25 degrees. There is a bit of a breeze but not enough to cool it down yet. I really need an early night - need to catch up on some sleep

I've got a big week coming up to try and get some things finished around the house.

Going to watch the rest of the cricket and then go to bed after that.

What are your plans in the morning before the zoo?

I actually got some sleep last night

Did some gardening today and can actually see the floor again in the lounge room!!!!

Haven't done a lot more than that - but it's a start!

I need to get a fairly early night tonight - psych appointment tomorrow is in the morning.

Thanks @Zoe7 for your kind words. I do feel blessed to be part of this community and receive some fantastic support. The last few weeks have been like one long bad dream. I don't think it's over but I'm hoping I'm coping better. I think I read that you feel like you are doing better too. Is your psych back from holidays?

Psych is back tomorrow - have a morning appointment - feeling a little anxious about it tonight. Even fell asleep on the couch earlier which I haven't done for a while.

I have been doing a lot better - I think tomorrow will be a real test of how I really am doing. Maybe I'm just over thinking it but not looking forward to what tomorrow may bring.
