Morning appointment with psych was really tough. She stopped desensitization after about ten minutes because I was too distressed Did have a minor breakthrough - we both realised that I can relax more when listening to relaxation music without commentary or words - haven't been able to relax like that before - nearly fell asleep!

Did feel sick and had a massive headache for the rest of the day.

Saw GPin the afternoon and as usual came out more positive and with a bit of life in me - she's an absolute angel.

Hoping for you it is nothing serious. Easy for me to say don't stress until you find out - know that is difficult, know I would think the worst even if my head said there was nothing to worry about. xxx

Re: Supporting a friend with terminal illness

Hi sis @Zoe7

I can understand why you love the aussie burger I do too- and the beetroot is so tasty

I should be able to get some sleep (that would be good)

I have Kira beside me in bed and she is throwing pillows up in the air, I love seeing a happy puppy

I am not quite ready for a surf yet, I'll happy just to have a body bash tomorrow.

I might call it a night sis

Sleep tight xox

Hi lil sis @Former-Member

I'm ok.

What else have you been up to today?

Did you get some sleep last night? Did Kira stop throwing pillows around

Re: Supporting a friend with terminal illness

Hi again sis @Zoe7

Are you sure you are ok- you seem a bit down to me.

I've been in the garden today, a huge walk with Kira and just came home visiting friends and having dinner out together. My sleep was not good last night.

Hi sis @Former-Member

I'm ok- just a bit down but don't worry I'm ok.

I did mow the lawns today so that's good.

Great that you have been out and about today and done a lot. Well done

I did some grocery shopping and was going to take Toby to the beach but didn't get there.

I was really hoping you would get some sleep last night - you sounded like you were getting sleepy. How much did you get?

Re: Supporting a friend with terminal illness

I do worry because I do care.

I had broken sleep so I don't really count how many hours I slept, it is really frustrating not to be able to sleep at a reasonable hour. But I got enough to function okay, I am still holding my own.

When does your GP come back and when is your next therapy appointment?
