Good news, the rooster is probably going to be OK. Was up in the hay barn walking around OK minus a few tail feathers, couldn't get close enough to him to give him the once over.
Drove to town only to be told that appt, spoke to CATT as Mr Darcy still very stressed has been offered a locum doc appt tomorrow, he is not keen to go but said we will check in morning. Hope he will agree to go as I don't want to leave it until he gets very bad.

Thanks @Former-Member - you are such a star Understandable about being mindful. I have been trying to exercise that alot of late particularly offline as I have a tendency to speak before I think sometimes. Even I see with my online on this forum and through texting people, particularly my partner that I type it out and then wait a bit and re-read. The amount of edits I have made is countless at times.

Feeling for you @Former-Member, trust Mr Darcy is able to settle and can get the assistance he needs. Also that you can find the strength to support him through this. Sending extra hugs. Seems everyone here could benifit from extra hugs at the moment, more so than usual. Glad the rooster is ok.

@Determined, am doing OK at present Bro.

Appt today was cancelled which is why we spoke to CATT. Mr Darcy upset about that as it takes over an hour to get there.

Re: Ups and Downs of Husband`s Mental Illness

Oh no @Former-Member cancelled appointments can be frustrating at the best of times

I recently had one cancelled after hout drive (due to bad weather) after getting getting emotionally prepared for it and then the drive was most stressful. I can only imagine how much more stressful it must be when already not in a good space. Realy trust the locum app works out for you, I too would resist seeing someone diffrent so feel for mr Darcy, and you as you support him. Hugs and prayers on their way.

@Shaz51 looks like we have twins again, Mr Darcy refusing to see the doc. On the good side Mr Darcy did not cry over spilt milk this morning despite almost doing so (he did this when he was really unwell). I will see if I can arrange for phone calls in the interim initially from CATT as his case worker is away until next week. He has an appt on the 9th May so hopefully will hang out till then. He did say he would go if he got worse but we will see.

In the mean time we press on @Anony18 @Determined. Been there before so getting more experienced at this so able to manage better. Do what I can ... self care ... hope to meet a friend for coffee as Mr D having s group therapy meeting.
