Ups and Downs of Husband`s Mental Illness

Ups and Downs of Husband`s Mental Illness

Hello @PeppiPatty, over here my special friend xx

Hello Everyone

Love to hear from others on the forum if you experience this

My hubby has been diagnosed with lots of things and has had MI all his life

do you find things goes ok and i start to feel confident and wanting to go forward and then everytime something always happens to upset it -- sometimes I think is it a controlling thing ?? that he wants to be in control ??

Don`t know if I am making this up , but i have that feeling ,

No sweet @Shaz51 💜 you havent chased me away. But I dont want to write on my personal thread. I have been staying away from both of them. Cant put my finger on why exactly. But maybe by trying to ignore things, it doesnt seem so real. Kind of hiding from reality? I dont really want to talk about it. And I dont want to put everything in the one spot, as it makes me feel vulnerable somehow. I hope that makes sense?

I found out today @Faith-and-Hope , @Former-Member , @Bunniekins , @Former-Member , @Owlunar , @Smc , @Determined , @outlander , @Adge , @Appleblossom that all my aches and pains are all normal in my situation, which is a relief in one way

finding out if i do the right ammount during the day I am ok , but if i overdo it or have a big day -- i pay for it

@Shaz51 Hi Shaz51 I have aches and pains and it is all due to being a middleaged pea :(. My mum always jokes and says ' you are getting old .... ' lovely. An old squishy pea I am. Seriously though I think you do brilliantly physically and mentally for that matter with all the stuff that you have going kudos to you Shaz51 :).xxx
