another veryyyyy hot day here @Former-Member

Mum was allowed back home today , but the doctors had different opions about her going home or not

Lot of wind pains tonight , started in the thoart and chest and now in my stomach

we had a storm which lasted 2 minutes and no rain

Hello @KarenSD, has you husband have any support from a mental health team

my husband cancelled all his help

I find if I am calm , he is calm , had many years of my mr shaz saying things which I don`t think he meant to say , he has stormed out of the house on lots of times

I used to be a mess , crying all the time , being here on the forum , able to talk about it , he is a lot better now after being in hospital a couple of times

it is hard , tiring and you have to rember self care for you too

sometimes he stops taking his meds and after a few days , I say are you taking your meds

and he says " can you tell " -- yes please take the meds

Will mum keep her fluids up adequately @Shaz51?

yes , she is doing everything right but she will end up in hospital again

I am cleaning her house tomorrow and other jobs for her @Former-Member

My mum sometimes needs reminding to drink a bit more on these hot days @Shaz51. She had another fall recently and has been told by her doctor that she should not be living on her own. She is having an assessment soon.

are they going to have aids in the house for your mum @Former-Member

the doctor is concerned about my mum`s balance as when she stands up she nearly falls over again

all mums falls have been in the yard , so the family are saying no gardening

the doctor today told me to take care of her now

yes I think that is what the doctor is going to say to me soon @Former-Member

trouble is she hind a lot of things of how she is feeling , what in pain ect @Determined

Mum has a ramp at her back door and a shower seat @Shaz51. She has someone come fortnightly to take her shopping and to do some house cleaning. My sister is there often and takes her to appts and arranges lots of things. She was going to move in with my sister but I am not sure if that will happen.
