Ups and Downs of Husband`s Mental Illness

Ups and Downs of Husband`s Mental Illness

Hello @PeppiPatty, over here my special friend xx

Hello Everyone

Love to hear from others on the forum if you experience this

My hubby has been diagnosed with lots of things and has had MI all his life

do you find things goes ok and i start to feel confident and wanting to go forward and then everytime something always happens to upset it -- sometimes I think is it a controlling thing ?? that he wants to be in control ??

Don`t know if I am making this up , but i have that feeling ,

Going ok @Shaz51. Had the plumber out today to do three jobs that didn't take too long but would have been handy to have done some time ago. One job was to replace a dripping tap in kitchen that has been dripping for months, we have had the new taps in cupboard for more than a year (tap unit was faulty - not a washer).

I came across this youtube while looking at bike reviews recently and thought it may be interesting to some here. Not related to me in any way, just a discussion I found interesting, and encouraging to see someone share in such a public way out of a desire to help others in a similar situation.

* Anxiety, PTSD & me *reference is made to reason for ptsd - living in an enviornment of terrorism (Ireland).

And another excuse for me to get a motorbike lol

Riding a bike has mental health benefits 😁
