Hello Everyone

Love to hear from others on the forum if you experience this

My hubby has been diagnosed with lots of things and has had MI all his life

do you find things goes ok and i start to feel confident and wanting to go forward and then everytime something always happens to upset it -- sometimes I think is it a controlling thing ?? that he wants to be in control ??

Don`t know if I am making this up , but i have that feeling ,

Just looking at the weather forcast for north Queensland and immediately thought of you. No Idea where you are but as it prompted me to think of you I just wanted to check in and say thinking of you and Mr Shaz. If you are up that way trust you are safe and its not causing too much stress for you both.

That must be hard for you, either way it would be nice if he could let you know.
I trust that you hear from him soon and you can find some peace around the situation.
In the meantime that you can remain calm and not be too anxious. That would be so hard I know.

Not long back home after a day out.

No visitors staying with us but went out with friends and a group of students from overseas for a short walk in a rainforest to a rock formation. Stopped for a gourmet snack of cheeses and crackers as well as pâté and mini toasts. Strawberries and grapes for dessert, all very pleasant. Ran out of time to do a short river walk, we hope to do it another day.

So nice to get out and have no reference to mental health, hoping to make it through the weekend without doing so, only reminder will be meds but will try to do this discretely.

Yes I am way up here where that cyclone i looking at the coast line saying " now where will I go for a visit "

nothing happening yet my friend , we have done everything at our place and at my mums , so now it is just a waiting game

see the doctor monday , unless the cyclone visits

I feel all out of sorts today and now mum has a tropical bug to get over now
