Ups and Downs of Husband`s Mental Illness

Ups and Downs of Husband`s Mental Illness

Hello @PeppiPatty, over here my special friend xx

Hello Everyone

Love to hear from others on the forum if you experience this

My hubby has been diagnosed with lots of things and has had MI all his life

do you find things goes ok and i start to feel confident and wanting to go forward and then everytime something always happens to upset it -- sometimes I think is it a controlling thing ?? that he wants to be in control ??

Don`t know if I am making this up , but i have that feeling ,

@Appleblossom
I would call the emotion of realising if we don't do the job it don't get done resignation as in acceptance of an unpleasant but inevitable situation 😐 but if someone else helps🙌

Hi everybody ...,, 👋💕

I am curren My watching the Netflix series The Crown ..., and in it the character of Winston Churchill likens painting to a battle that you keep fighting until you “win or lose” the final piece ..... I could so relate ...... even when you feel like you have “lost” a painting, continuing with it, you can hbexpect fly arrive at a resolution .......

@xtine @Former-Member @Appleblossom

I expect you have had similar sentiments towards the court proceedings @Appleblossom.

Yes @Faith-and-Hope Thats about it.

Re running household, @Former-Member I am less grim now, the pressures are less do it or die, and the time available greater. SO I can allow a bit of humour and a teenage reaction in me. I am not drawn so taut. Does that make sense?

I can let something go a few months and the house wont come down.

I am also aware from trip into the CBD with homelessness on the rise, that a lot of people are not in that fortunate a position.
