rest day for us , catching up on a few things first and then doing nothing

Mr shaz says he is ok , but I think things are starting to build up again

too much happening for him ;

D1 has caught her first Barra

S1 and his wife are soon going on a holiday

S2 won 2 gold medals yesterday in his competition

S3 and his partner have broken up and he has had no work now for 3 weeks

MIL having an eye op soon , she is 84

My mum is very frail and starting to need more help , she is 87

Me with my phsyical problems

That does sound like a lot going on for you, all at the same time @Shaz51

Physical health problems are stressful, & hard to deal with too.

I was reminded abruptly of my own ill health (issues) yesterday - when I went to have a navel piercing re-done.

I was told that the scar damage caused by my 3 bowel surgeries is too extensive, & that it would be too painful (or would not hold). So not recommended.
