Hello Everyone

Love to hear from others on the forum if you experience this

My hubby has been diagnosed with lots of things and has had MI all his life

do you find things goes ok and i start to feel confident and wanting to go forward and then everytime something always happens to upset it -- sometimes I think is it a controlling thing ?? that he wants to be in control ??

Don`t know if I am making this up , but i have that feeling ,

I have made a dr appt and they said it it gets worse again before the dr appt to go straigh up to the hospital

Thanks @Shaz51 its just nice to know that I'm not alone. I went to Drs yesterday and have started taking a natual anixety drops myself as well as a super B stess tablet which is meant to keep me calm.

yes my husband has Bipolar 11 and I find it hard to find the right balance of self care for myself with everything else that is going on

Hoping to do something productive today, spent too much time watching old 3rd rock from the sun episodes on you tube yesterday. Mr D well on the way down, crying a lot yesterday.
