Hello Everyone

Love to hear from others on the forum if you experience this

My hubby has been diagnosed with lots of things and has had MI all his life

do you find things goes ok and i start to feel confident and wanting to go forward and then everytime something always happens to upset it -- sometimes I think is it a controlling thing ?? that he wants to be in control ??

Don`t know if I am making this up , but i have that feeling ,

Yes time with family was nice @Former-Member @Shaz51
And particually as mum in law starts treatment for cancer soon I think it is great my darling is spending more time with her mum.
Last time mum was in treatment darling avoided her.

What do you mean by “choice” words @Faith-and-Hope ?

In response to: Re: Ups and Downs of Husband`s Mental Illness

Re: Ups and Downs of Husband`s Mental Illness

When I was growing up, using “a few choice words” meant quipping creatively with language .... particularly when put out .... so it incudes puns, sarcasm, word-play in general, and it can include swearing.

”He uttered a few choice words after dropping the hammer on his foot by accident”.

I got the impression it was of concern to you.- @Former-Member -I was only for mr shaz @Determined as he feels he is failing everyone and then starts to feel very low , so to do 3 lawns this afternoon will help

Re: Ups and Downs of Husband`s Mental Illness

Yes @Faith-and-Hope. I certainly uttered a few choice words today.
1.When Mum told me I wasn’t to call the doctor
2.after said Dr’s visit I drove 10 kms to a chemist then noticed one open 1km from Mum’s place
3. When returning from epic chemist journey I caught the back of my heel on her flyscreen door.
