Hello Everyone

Love to hear from others on the forum if you experience this

My hubby has been diagnosed with lots of things and has had MI all his life

do you find things goes ok and i start to feel confident and wanting to go forward and then everytime something always happens to upset it -- sometimes I think is it a controlling thing ?? that he wants to be in control ??

@Shaz51, yes you surely do have a busy day ahead of you. I trust it all goes well. I am off shortly too to take my hubby for his anti-cancer IV infusion. He is highly anxious about it this time, much more so than last time in fact. He does have PTSD, depression and anxiety, and I guess with his recent diagnoses it definitely has an impact on all of that. His kidney function has deterorated somewhat too, which they need to keep an eye on. He only has one kidney and has CKD with his remaining one. Just hoping this treatment doesnt totally knock that one out too. Its a risk. I hope your appointments go well Shaz, and I will be thinking of you.

Going ok @Shaz51 need to get a 'to do' list ready and finalise a couple of Christmas things. The twin is anxious.

Do you have much to do for Christmas?

Sending gentle thoughts your way, dealing with unfamiliar emotions, navigating through treatments, all can be quite overwhelming. Have you got something to take with you while he is getting IV?
