My hubby has been diagnosed with lots of things and has had MI all his life

Flights midnite ..il arrive noon tomorrow then il go straight to hospital cant wait to see my love..hope i see the man that i know and not his demon..sometimes i pray to God and joke about it with God .."God you like giving challenges to help us appreciate what we have ...but do i really need extra challenge ?? If i do then can i have free massage , wrinkle cream and eye cream for my eyebags whenever you give me challenges ?? Coz my hunny would surely give up on me if i look like zombie .." hahaha but i do believe God wont give us problems we cant solve ..he wont give us despair if theres no happiness that follows after right ??

Re: Ups and Downs of Husband`s Mental Illness

hello @NotSoCrayCray

just found your post. I am not sure if your situation has changed now or not.

If your wife was diagnosed with clinical depression and major anxiety this would still not justify behaviour like that.

Perhaps irritable, irrational at times, sensitive, overreactive, teary, glum, drained.

Her behaviour was controlling and belittling. Sorry to say it was also verbally abusive.

Don't blame yourself, for whatever her reasons, she had no right to treat anyone that way.

I have learnt that just because someone has been diagnosed with symptoms of mental illness, they are not necessarily a nice person.

I moved away from abusive relationships and am still working on my self-esteem.

Good luck

I am too aware of injuries these days @Maryjune I cant even ride a bike or skate anymore, so some things I really do enjoy ... virtually ...

Take care All

Hi @Maryjune - yes I am so accident prone to be honest. Lucky I have injured myself to only bruises and nothing more serious. Am just clumsy. Do have a safe flight and be thinking of you xx

Just reached back from down south. Gotta turn on my work laptop to do a bit but lacking the motivation. But I have to so I will....shortly. Was such a great day just enjoying nature. Needed it thoroughly.
